Awesome job overall. For some reason I get extremely impressed with detailed cityscape backgrounds like that. Perhaps it's because I myself find them too tedious to draw all the time. The only thing bugging me about this is her cape, it looks a little strange, as if the wind is blowing it in random directions. The addition of the birds is a nice touch.
